With over a decade of dedicated service in the nonprofit sector, Micah has honed her expertise in providing essential support to vulnerable communities.

Her journey began with a strong educational foundation. She earned a Master's degree in Social Work, equipping herself with the knowledge and skills necessary to address the complex challenges faced by at-risk youth and families. In 2023, driven by a profound commitment to break down barriers and make a positive impact on the lives of those in need, Micah established H.A.N.D.S.

Under her leadership, H.A.N.D.S. has flourished into an agency dedicated to healing, uplifting, giving, and serving the community.
